Still cold, but at least the sun was out this morning.
Cuckoo has been heard a bit around Firle, and in Glynde. Very few House Martins tho – I’ve seen no more than two over Firle at any one time, and not many in Glynde. And no Swifts yet either.
Two Hobbies and an Osprey have been reported over Middle Farm, with a probable stork or crane seen distantly over Alciston (via SOS sightings).
Also, a Nightingale reported singing at Glynde Station last week, but I haven’t been able to confirm.
